  • Responsible for planning and scheduling work assignments for 15 – 20 employees
  • Interviewing, selection, and training of all employees, including college interns
  • Assist in developing cultural and chemical programs for all turfgrass including Crenshaw bentgrass greens, Meyer zoysiagrass fairways, 419 bermudagrass tees and rough, and rye overseeding

Obtained experience in the day-to-day management of an upscale 36 hole private facility with abundant resources.  Also assisted in the preparations, grooming, and operations involved with hosting the 2001 PGA Championship.
